1. Confirmation of Gig Details
All musicians are required to confirm that they have received and understood the full details of each gig as soon as possible. This includes acknowledging the performance scope, equipment needs, and confirming availability so that everything runs smoothly.
2. Responsible Beverage Consumption (CHANGES)
We have a policy of responsible drinking during performances. All musicians are limited to two alcoholic beverages per booking or show to maintain professional standards and ensure everyone is in top form. Dario Radio management will follow up with clients or venues for feedback, including whether the beverage policy was respected. Violations may impact future booking considerations. (EDIT) This is our job. Don't hang out after your gig and get wasted. If you can control your consumption and behavior, fine. But remember, at a venue after the show you still represent the company! Please do not embarrass AND get yourself removed from the team. Reminder that my contracts with venues prohibit them to book any players I have brought into their venue without going through me.
2B. Weed/Drugs!
I can't believe I'm having to add this:
It has come to my attention that 3 players on my team have recently not only been high at our shows, but were actually smoking during breaks. I place no judgement on lifestyle choices. Smoke what you want. But it is strictly prohibited to represent Dario Radio while on any drugs. We are all working very hard to make these gigs a steady line of work for everyone. Receiving reports from venue management that my players are smoking outside - IN FRONT - of our venues is unacceptable. Do not come to the gig high either. If what you do on your time bleeds over to the time you are present for the company, you will not be allowed to represent our team and risk valuable accounts that bring work to everyone. There are no chances after this.
3. Common Consideration: Arrival Confirmation
As a courtesy, we ask all musicians to let Dario know when they have arrived at the gig. This ensures peace of mind and confirms that everyone is on schedule to start on time.
4. Post-Gig Update
At the end of each gig, please text Dario to let him know how the performance went. Include whether you said goodbye to the client, confirm that everything went smoothly, and report any complications if they occurred. This helps us stay informed and continuously improve our service.
